Vapikirv Outdoor Siding Mounting Blocks - Silvery Octagon Kit
The Vapikirv outdoor light siding mount is crafted from thick, high-quality plastic, giving it a solid, durable feel. Recognizing that most outdoor lights are typically white, we have now introduced a Silvery Vinyl light block to facilitate the matching of Stainless steel color lamp colors.
This octagon siding mounting kit is designed for fast and easy installation. Simply run the wires through the center punch hole, ensuring your wires are safely contained within a box. The bottom of the block features a weep hole that must be left open, allowing any water that seeps in behind the block to easily escape.
The dimensions of the Vapikirv mounting block are 4 Inch Diameter x 6.61 Inch Width x 0.5 Inch Depth x 6.61 Inch Height, making it suitable for 1/2" lap siding. Please refer to the size data provided in the picture to ensure compatibility with your specific siding. If your vinyl siding is not an exact match, that's not a problem - you can apply some caulking and then paint the blocks and molding to achieve a seamless look. Additionally, you will need to caulk around the top of the box to prevent water from infiltrating the electrical box.
This siding mounting block is designed for versatility, allowing you to mount light fixtures on a variety of siding types, including T-111, HardiePlank lap siding, and flat surfaces. The built-in electrical box design further simplifies the installation process.
